Forge 2026 Event Text Messages

Program: Provarro — Forge 2026 event messaging

Forge 2026 runs on a tight, two-day schedule, and the things you'll most need in the moment — where your table is, what's starting in ten minutes — reach you fastest by text. This page explains exactly what that means: what we send, how you opt in, and how you stop.

Who receives messages, and how they opt in

Only people who registered for Forge 2026 and explicitly agreed to receive text messages. Consent is collected on the Forge 2026 registration form at provarro.com/forge-2026/, through a dedicated, unchecked-by-default checkbox in the Event text messages (optional) section.

Agreeing to text messages is optional and is never a condition of registering for or attending Forge 2026. The checkbox is separate from every other consent on the form, and registration completes normally when it is left unchecked. We record the date and time of each opt-in along with the exact version of the disclosure agreed to.

This is the disclosure a registrant reads and agrees to, word for word:

Text me about Forge 2026. I agree to receive event text messages from Provarro at the mobile number I provided — table assignments, session reminders, and quick feedback prompts. Message frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

STOP takes effect immediately and applies to every message type above. Opting out of text messages does not affect your Forge 2026 registration, your attendance, or anything else about your relationship with Provarro. You can also email us at any time and we will remove your number.
