Text messaging (SMS)
We send text messages only to people who explicitly asked us to. For Forge 2026, consent is collected through a separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox on the event registration form; agreeing is optional and is never a condition of registering or attending. Messages we send are limited to event operations — table assignments, session reminders, and short post-session feedback prompts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message we send; reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect your event registration, your attendance, or your access to any Provarro service. You may also email [email protected] to have your number removed.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Business data submitted to RTP is retained to maintain historical benchmarking. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
